Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in Richmond. You will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and helping students develop essential skills for their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards
- Teach various subjects including Math, Algebra, Geometry, Literacy Education, and more
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance student learning
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development
- Organize and maintain classroom materials, resources, and records
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Proven experience working with elementary school students
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
