Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate High School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various subjects, including Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. The role involves creating engaging lesson plans, providing instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Duties:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in the learning process
- Provide tutoring and support to students who require extra assistance
- Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline through effective classroom management techniques
- Conduct scientific research projects and experiments with students
- Organize and supervise laboratory activities, including dissections
- Collaborate with colleagues on instructional design and curriculum development

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Teaching certification or license
- Proven experience teaching Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics at the high school level
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to design engaging and interactive lessons
- Familiarity with instructional technology and tools

Pay: $51,716.30 - $66,750.00 per year
