Being a Teacher Vocational Education evaluates and monitors student's performance, and helps students identify and pursue personal goals. Assesses and documents students' progress. Additionally, Teacher Vocational Education typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a state-specific vocational teaching license. Typically requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Typically reports to a principal. The Teacher Vocational Education occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This is a training program with employment opportunities up to 5 days a week with 3 days dedicated to in person learning paid by stipends. 1 day substituting in a center located in the Upper Valley is a requirement. Must have a reliable car. Childcare is available for the 3 In Person training days.
The program is 10 weeks. You will have experience working with children ages infant to preschool. At the completion of the program, you have the opportunity to become matriculated into the NHTI college system and will receive 6 college credits.
3 credits Childhood Development
3 credits in Health Safety and Nutrition.
