About the position:
The position of Maintenance Technician requires general knowledge of building maintenance and repair, as well as auto maintenance. This role will have a variety of tasks and responsibilities and will typically work independently. This position will be responsible to maintaining the fleet of company vehicles, assembling office furniture and making repairs, first call for any building damage or issue, and will be relied on to maintain the grounds during all seasons.
Responsibilities:
· Company Car & Fleet Maintenance
- Weekly cleanings/detail of all fleet vehicles
- Take vehicles for oil changes, basic mechanical fixes, seasonal tire changes
- Oversee additional items as they arise
· Building Maintenance | Assembly of Office Items
- Repairing light fixtures, faucets, and any other basic repair
- Painting and general building & grounds upkeep.
- Assemble office furniture (Desks, cabinets, chairs, etc.)
- Travel to off-site office locations to perform duties as needed
- Tasks including grounds and building maintenance at additional locations including owner properties and off-site corporate meeting spaces (may be exposed to animals/livestock)
· Transporting items/disposal
- Transporting items of various size and weight for disposal
· Snow and winter weather duties
- During seasonal changes must be available for snow/ice removal (safe operation of 4-wheeler and attachments)
- De-icer application and hand shovelling of areas such as walkways, parking stalls, etc

Candidate skills & requirements:
· Able to quickly, independently, and safely problem solve
· Knowledge and ability to proficiently operate small equipment such as forklift, snow plow/atv, snow blower, etc.
· General knowledge of vehicle maintenance and care
· General maintenance & repair knowledge & skills
· Assess issues and determine if professional help is required

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
