The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting management with overall store (restaurant) conditions and operations, in order to maximize customer experience and store profitability. Fosters a coaching environment where employees want to excel and are recognized for their achievements. The Assistant Manager is generally scheduled to work separate shifts/days from the Gen/Store Manager, with the exception of a day a week. Manage the store in the absence of the General Manager, and is expected to defer and refer to the Gen/Store Manager or Area Manager in matters of significance.
