The TLC Coordinator & Instructional Designer functions as a champion of learner-centered course design. This position supports faculty in applying accessible and inclusive universal design principles and technology-enhanced course components to create effective and engaging learning environments. This position coordinates professional development aligned with strategic priorities and faculty needs. This position oversees course design reviews and the course redesign/creation process to ensure a consistent and quality learning experience. This position helps onboard new faculty, guiding individuals through technology training, course shell development, and OPI certification. This position reports to the Executive Director of Instruction and is an on-campus position.
