Coordinates clinician schedules and assigns clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies. Being a Team Leader - Home Care monitors utilization, productivity, and tracks patient outcomes. Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures. Additionally, Team Leader - Home Care typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require an RN license. Typically reports to a director. The Team Leader - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. As a Caregiver at Home Care Companions, you would be responsible for providing excellent client care, supporting our seniors in maintaining and improving their day-to-day abilities, while helping foster their independence and confidence at home.
Caregivers are responsible for providing support with activities of daily living, such as personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) and light homemaking (meal preparation, washing dishes, dusting, making beds) for clients residing in their homes.
