Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Support clients with mobility issues and physical therapy exercises.
• Conduct light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, participating in activities that clients enjoy.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health, behavior, or needs to care managers.
• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state, and local requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver (Preferred).
• Ability to act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Respectful and compassionate with good bedside manners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
