Coordinates clinician schedules and assigns clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies. Being a Team Leader - Home Care monitors utilization, productivity, and tracks patient outcomes. Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures. Additionally, Team Leader - Home Care typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require an RN license. Typically reports to a director. We currently have an amazing opportunity available in Casper for an experienced business professional to join our care team as our Client Care Manager. The Client Care Manageris responsible for a variety of duties as they promote our services within the community by developing strong, trusting relationships within the senior services community. In addition to developing relationships that drive client referrals, this role oversees the coordination of our care services between clients and caregivers in the market.
The Applicant must be compassionate, empathetic, and love working with seniors. Customer relations experience and the desire to thrive within a high growth industry are also a must.
This is a Full-Time position and pay will be based upon experience.
