Team Leader - Home Care jobs in Everett, WA

Team Leader - Home Care manages a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and aides that provide professional services to home care patients. Coordinates clinician schedules and assigns clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies. Being a Team Leader - Home Care monitors utilization, productivity, and tracks patient outcomes. Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures. Additionally, Team Leader - Home Care typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require an RN license. Typically reports to a director. The Team Leader - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Team Leader - Home Care typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Our Snohomish branch supports Snohomish, Everett, Arlington, Granite Falls, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Marysville and nearby surrounding areas! Our shifts and needs are ever-changing. We are currently looking for caregivers who have a personal vehicle and are willing to transport clients. We do not currently have a need for nightshift or live-in care.

    Caregiver Job Duties 
    Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): 
    • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) 
    • Cooking and/or serving meals 
    • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom 
    • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies 
    • Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments 
    • Monitoring and reporting on their condition 
    Additional Information 
    • Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! 
    • If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it. 
    Requirements 
    • 18 years  
    • Ability to pass a state and national background check 
    • Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record 
    • Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
