Coordinates clinician schedules and assigns clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies. Being a Team Leader - Home Care monitors utilization, productivity, and tracks patient outcomes. Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures. Additionally, Team Leader - Home Care typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require an RN license. Typically reports to a director. The Team Leader - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. New Hope is seeking to hire full-time and part-time caregivers to help provide reliable and compassionate in-home non-medical care to our clients.
Your job as a caregiver is to assist with basic everyday needs (including but not limited to cooking, cleaning, transportation, and companionship). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping serve the elderly community.

Experience:
