Team Leader - Home Care manages a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and aides that provide professional services to home care patients. Coordinates clinician schedules and assigns clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies. Being a Team Leader - Home Care monitors utilization, productivity, and tracks patient outcomes. Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures. Additionally, Team Leader - Home Care typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require an RN license. Typically reports to a director. The Team Leader - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Position Requirements
Your responsibilities involves some inventory and ordering for the unit. Your unit administrator will complete the daily activities for administration.
You will learn the weekly orders for Bread, SYGMA and Small wares for when the Assistant Managers are unable to do so. You will review all purchase logs weekly and note any discrepancies with the Asst.
Manager. You will ensure that the Quality Control Team Member is completing their daily tasks, note any discrepancies to discuss in the weekly meeting.
Note any discrepancies and any recognition for the previous week for discussion.
