Team Leader - Home Care jobs in San Diego, CA

Our company prides itself with providing caring, compassionate and reliable caregivers to care for the elderly in our community. Our company is established in Rancho Bernardo, However we provide services throughout San Diego County.

We are looking for motivated individuals to Join our team. The ideal candidate must have compassion for Seniors in need of Caregiving services.

No experience required! Training will be provided.

Availability to work evening and weekends or having a flexible work schedule is a PLUS.

Job Duties Include:

-Provide non-medical in-home care or in-facility care for senior citizens.

-Assist senior citizens with their activities of daily living such as: bathing, dressing, feeding, personal hygiene and grooming, meal planning and preparation, and light housekeeping.

-Companionship for clients including accompanying client on walks, trips to social gatherings or recreational activities.

-Provide accurate daily documentation of services provided.

-Must consistently arrive to shifts on time.

A LiveScan including Criminal Background Check including fingerprint clearance will be required during the Hiring Process.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Hourly pay Bonuses

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Caregiving / Home Care: 6 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
