Your Role
The Director of Employee Productivity within Infrastructure & Cloud Services will lead teams responsible for the strategy, delivery, and support of Blue Shield of California’s enterprise end user computing and collaboration solutions. Key focus areas include endpoint client standards, software distribution, mobile device management, content management, email and calendaring, group collaboration, enterprise search, and tier 3 support within the BSC offices. This role is also the service delivery owner and liaison for SaaS and Cloud solutions such as Microsoft Office 365. The pay range for this role is: $ 167200.00 to $ 250800.00 for California.
