 SWAN Program Director - Technical Assistance

The SWAN Program Director of Technical Assistance (TA) collaborates with leadership in promoting and implementing the strategic plan and assuring staff compliance to evaluation, quality assurance and outcomes. This position directs and facilitates the delivery of services that address direct service needs-based budget (NBB), affiliate contracts, unit of service monitoring, and training and practice. The Director oversees the Technical Assistance division, Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange (PAE) division, and designated support contracts.

What You Will Contribute

• Serves as a member of the leadership team.
• Provides supervision to Technical Assistance and PAE staff.
• Identifies and directs ongoing network development needs related to SWAN technical assistance.
• Performs ongoing review and revision of program protocols to support network growth based on increased utilization of SWAN services leading to the expansion of SWAN affiliates.
• Collaborates with other Program Directors and identifies staff to coordinate, schedule, plan, and facilitate meetings.
• Builds and maintains relationships with members of the SWAN Network and the Department of Public Welfare.
• Other duties as assigned.

What It Takes To Succeed

• Four years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must have advanced knowledge and understanding of the SWAN Program.
• Expected to represent the Company professionally at all times in accordance with Company policies, procedures, performance standards, and values.
• Action oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and management skills.
• Well-developed writing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high performance teams which promote trust, engagement, and relationship building.
• Ability to balance demands and prioritize tasks to take action based on importance and time-sensitivity.
• Strong diplomacy skills and ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to improve and advance programs.
• A valid driver’s license.
