Role Summary:
The Technical Director at Oxford Presbyterian Church is the lead AV Technician, content producer, and online media manager responsible for executing predefined plans and generating new content ideas to create a professional worship experience. Reporting to the Pastor and working closely with the Worship Committee and Office, this role demands a blend of technical expertise and creative flair to meet the congregation's needs and engage the wider community. The ideal candidate will initially focus on executing predefined plans but is expected to increasingly contribute original ideas over time.
