Gaddiel Home Care Service Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN (Nurse) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional in-home care services to our clients in the following 13 counties within the Metro Atlanta area:

1. Dekalb County
2. Gwinnett County
3. Forsyth County
4. Fayette County
5. Fulton County
6. Cherokee County
7. Henry County
8. Clayton County
9. Newton County
10. Walton County
11. Cobb County
12. Rockdale County
13. Hall County

Responsibilities:

• Medication Management
• Wound Care/Dressing Changes
• Catheter Care
• Tube Feeding Management
• Diabetes Management/Insulin Injections
• Colostomy/Ileostomy Care
• Urostomy Care
• Removal of Stitches
• Suctioning
• IV/IV Infusions
• And more...

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN, with a focus on home care preferred
• Strong understanding of and experience in the listed responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
