What does a Registered Nurse Case Manager do in Home Care?
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager you will be caring for a diverse population of clients in their homes. You may do wound care, fill med planners, teach and/educate, and head to toe assessments just to start. You will be working closely with other members of the team to include aides, therapists, and social workers to develop a care plan specific to your client in coordination with the client’s physicians with the goal of helping maintain your client where they love to be the most – THEIR HOME! You will be seeing multiple clients in a day (it’s a great time to catch up on a podcast) and will be traveling in a variety of Iowa weather.
