BrightStar has a great pediatric patient in the Bexley, Ohio area who is looking for a caring LPN. This patient is g-tube dependent and has a trach. He wants a nurse who can make sure that he gets top notch care. His family is looking for someone between the hours of 8am-12pm Monday thru Friday

Pay: Starting at $29 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday 8am-12pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with activities and personal care
• Assist in providing a safe environment for clients
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• 1 year G- tube experience is a must
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Valid LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR Certification
• Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray.
