Registered Nurse Home Health - Union City, Tennessee

Volunteer Home Care is a locally owned, Medicare-certified home health agency providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and personal care services to patients in 29 counties throughout Tennessee.

Responsibilities for Home Health RN (Registered Nurse), Union City, TN:

• Delivers skilled nursing care following MD/FNP/PA orders in the home environment.
• Utilizes the Electronic Medical Record to document all care provided.
• Reports change in patient condition to MD/FNP/PA and prepares orders to reflect these changes.
• Participates in staff meetings, in-service programs and patient care conferences.
• Participates in the on-call rotation.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience for Home Health RN (Registered Nurse), Union City, TN:

• Current RN license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
• Valid TN driver’s license, current liability insurance and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification required.
