Technical Nurse - Home Care jobs in Las Cruces, NM

Giving Home Health Care is looking to hire an RN for one of our contract openings. This need is in Las Cruces, NM for 2, 4 hour visits a month. The schedule is flexible and will be worked out between the nurse and the patient.

Pay Rates:

RN: $50 an hour

LPN: $32 an hour

Requirements:

• Complete nursing assessment.
• Monitor for changes in patient condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, indicators of disease progression.
• Take vitals.
• Monitor GI intake and output.
• Provide education and training to patients, family, and home health aide.
• Medication management.
• Other duties are based on patient care plan.
• Must have the ability to care for individuals from basic medical management up to end of life care.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation required.

License/Certification:

• Compact or NM state RN or LPN License required.
• Work Location: Provide care in the patients home
