Position Statement
To help retain long-term quality clients by effectively managing the client's health status. Coordinates with Regional Administrator, Operations Coordinator, and Operations Assistant, caregiver staff, and providers as needed regarding client’s care.
Qualifications:
Current Georgia R.N. license with no restrictions. Experience in senior care is preferred.
Assesses client needs, develops service plans, educates clients and caregivers, monitors client care,
and evaluates the effectiveness of services provided. Demonstrates knowledge of establishing a plan of care. Other skills include: analysis, assessments, interpretation of policy, knowledge of applicable laws, organization, planning, problem identification, resolution, research, staff development, and reassessment of client clinical functioning.
