Technical Producer - Web acts as a liaison for the creative web content team and the IT technical team. Develops the technical specifications for the website. Being a Technical Producer - Web plans and reviews the navigational user interface design. Plans and reviews site architecture for new website products and features. Additionally, Technical Producer - Web troubleshoots, tests and oversees the launch of new products. Coordinates among cross-functional groups to identify challenges and recommends and implements solutions. Knowledgeable about commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field (i.e., HTML, JAVA, Mac, UNIX and Windows platforms). May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The Technical Producer - Web works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Required skills:- Experience with content management system tools, such as Adobe, Team Site, or WordPress – MUST HAVE
- Experience with Product Information Management tools (Akeneo, In River, etc…) – MUST HAVE
- Proven experience with website creation and development – MUST HAVE
- Proficient in Microsoft™ Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Planner, OneNote)
- Ability to handle and track multiple projects and/or tasks
Stand out skills:- Strong communication skills including writing, grammatical usage, persuasive copy, and style
- Experience creating and implementing training on digital tools and processes
- Project management experience
- Experience working and communicating within a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with Siteimprove, Acrolinx, or similar website optimization tools
- A digital publishing background is helpful
- Brand management/marketing experience is helpful as well Experience with Agile Kanban Methodology
