Technical Producer - Web acts as a liaison for the creative web content team and the IT technical team. Develops the technical specifications for the website. Being a Technical Producer - Web plans and reviews the navigational user interface design. Plans and reviews site architecture for new website products and features. Additionally, Technical Producer - Web troubleshoots, tests and oversees the launch of new products. Coordinates among cross-functional groups to identify challenges and recommends and implements solutions. Knowledgeable about commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field (i.e., HTML, JAVA, Mac, UNIX and Windows platforms). May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The Technical Producer - Web works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     • Experience with Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments.
    • Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewall.
    • Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Kafka, Logstash, Splunk, ElastiSearch, and Kibana.
    • Experience implementing and designing cloud native security concepts, DevSecOps, or MLOps.
    • AWS Certification(s) such as Solutions Architect Pro, DevOps Engineer Pro, SysOps Admin, Developer Associate.
    • Strong presentation, verbal communication and written communications skills.
    • Ability to lead effectively across organizations and engagements, preferably from a professional services organization or similar.

    The base pay range for this position is $98,200 - 185,000 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
