Technical Producer - Web acts as a liaison for the creative web content team and the IT technical team. Develops the technical specifications for the website. Being a Technical Producer - Web plans and reviews the navigational user interface design. Plans and reviews site architecture for new website products and features. Additionally, Technical Producer - Web troubleshoots, tests and oversees the launch of new products. Coordinates among cross-functional groups to identify challenges and recommends and implements solutions. Knowledgeable about commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field (i.e., HTML, JAVA, Mac, UNIX and Windows platforms). May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The Technical Producer - Web works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. You will work with partners and subject matter experts to gather new content, revise existing content, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and style standards. Publishes content using content management systems, improve it for search engines, and organize it. Monitoring content performance, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements are also part of the role. You'll help provide a seamless user experience, promote website engagement, and maintain the integrity of website content.
