We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Producer Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our insurance producers/brokers in managing client relationships, policy administration, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Assist insurance producers/brokers in daily tasks related to client service and policy management.
• Handle administrative duties, including processing applications, endorsements, and policy renewals.
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carriers to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for insurance producers/brokers.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, carrier offerings, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and business reviews.
• Support business development efforts, including lead generation, prospecting, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a support role.
• Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and industry terminology preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
