Job Description: Entry Level Recruiter

Position Overview:
Stratosphere is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Recruiter to join our HR team. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about recruitment and wants to kick-start their career in the tech industry. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

• Utilize various sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

2. Candidate Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience.
• Assist with the preparation of interview materials and provide support during the interview process.

3. Recruitment Process Coordination:

• Collaborate with the Director of People and HR Manager to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
• Post job openings on various platforms and monitor application responses.
• Assist with the federal government clearance process for selected candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Assist with the drafting and negotiation of employment offers.

4. Recruitment Marketing:

• Contribute to the development of creative recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of compelling and engaging job postings.

5. Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
• Continuously monitor and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Other Admin Tasks

• You may be required to perform additional administrative tasks pertaining to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR internships is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
