Being a Technical Recruiter contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Coordinate the hiring process by screening, interviewing, and assessing for top candidates.III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and continue to improve that process 2 Understand job descriptions and job specifications and use them to create effective job postings 3 Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives 4 Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and/ or colleges etc 5 Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking etc 6 Screen candidates resumes and job applications 7 Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule 8 Assess applicats' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes 9 Negoiate offers to candidates and sell company values and benefits of the work enviroment to potential new hires 10 Facilitate the pre-employment process and help with onboarding new hires 11 Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices 12 Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team 13 Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selections process 14 Promote company's reputation and "best place to work" (Employment Branding) 21 Other duties as assigned 22 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time IⅤ. Qualification Job Requirements Language Language spoken commonly in the workplace is English. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.Experience At least 2 years of proven success as a recruiter either corporate or in a staffing / recruiting firm (preferred to have both) Education BS / BA in business or human resources related field, or equivalent experience Physical Condition The employee is regularly required to stand or sit for long periods. Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor. Other Requirements MATHEMATICAL SKILLS -
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the job Professional Knowledge, Skills Solid ability and understanding of behavioral based and competency based interviewing Ability to source passive candidates through multiple methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) strong decision-making experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create relationships with hiring manager and to understand their needs Outstanding organizational and planning abilities Training Required Company Policy especially HR Policy; New hire Orientation; Related HR training needs. V. Work Environment:
Bright, clean, and well-ventilated office building. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work shoes.
