We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Recruiter, Full-time who is a team player and available to work at our Fresno, CA Campus.
The Recruiter will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director and other recruiters to support the company’s hiring needs. The recruiter will proactively source, identify, screen and present potential talent by having an immediate impact on our productivity, overseeing candidate scheduling and effective candidate communications.
The Recruiter will come with their own unique and creative abilities that will further evolve the best practices in recruiting. You will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Team, Campus Directors and Hiring Management across Gurnick’s Campuses. All communication will be documented into Recruiting Trackers and Database shared with the Talent Acquisition and Gurnick Management.
