Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Terminal to Terminal / No Touch Freight. If, you're a Fedex driver it's a faster hiring process. We'll have you on the road in a few days.
We have teams that are running between 5000 and 6000 miles a week.
