Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. INTERNAL POSITION
Located in Paducah KY
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
-Making Sales Calls & being confident doing so.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Skills:
-Phone Comfortability, Multi Phone line use
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
