System One is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a contract position in Hershey, PA.  This is an onsite position, and doesn't allow for a hybrid or remote work schedule.  The recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring talent for our clients organization. 

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a strong understanding of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
6. Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
8. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
9. Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process.
10. Assist with other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
•  3 years proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
