Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. We partner with businesses and jobseekers to place qualified individuals efficiently. Currently, CTS is reviewing resumes for a Recruiter in Norfolk, VA. **Salary commensurate with experience commission.**

**This will not be a remote position.**

Job Description:

• Source and recruit candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems, Social Media, Job Boards, and Job Fairs.
• Process all recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Implement full-cycle recruiting.
• Inform candidates of details such as duties and responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or advancement opportunities.
• Screen candidates to ensure they are qualified for a position.
• Maintain good notes of conversations with candidates.
• Assess applicant knowledge and skills.
• Attend regularly scheduled conference calls.
• Meet Recruiter daily/weekly call environments and metrics.
• Present a good representation of self to candidates and customers.
• Complete all documents necessary for current and new employees.

Preferences:

• 2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Military/Maritime trades.
• Bilingual a Plus!

Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Highly organized, Reliable, Motivated, Team player.
• Proficient with MS office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills - Oral and Written.
• Ability to be productive and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form.
• Experience in a cold calling environment.
