We are looking for a responsible Recruiter who's responsibilities include personally driving the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting process as the first point of contact. They will source, review, and pre-screen and interview candidates seeking employment. Interviewing skills and full cycle recruiting experience is a MUST, as well as excellent attention to detail. The Recruiter interacts closely with various members of the team while delivering weekly metrics of the recruiting process and progress. Aside from recruiting, this person will be handling the administrative duties associated with new hire on boarding, as well as scheduling making travel arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate and accurate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Recruiter or Executive Administrative Assistant or if you are familiar within our industry, we’d like to meet you. This is NOT a management or HR position, it is a basic recruiting/interviewing role.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Interview and review candidates
• Process New Hire Paperwork and on-boarding
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Maintain a filing system and record accuracy
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports and verify time
• Provide general support to recruiting and payroll departments
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Skills

• Proven experience as a recruiter or office admin assistant
• Knowledge of recruiting processes and office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High School degree; additional qualification as a Recruiter/Administrative assistant will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
