Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Create and foster relationships with diverse professional organizations to increase diversity of candidate pool. Assist in improving Company’s overall recruiting effectiveness through technology tools and stronger hiring manager relationships. Stay apprised of trends and innovative recruitment techniques; suggest changes to improve current practices. What you bring to the table: Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related field 4 year degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience preferred Knowledge of recruitment methodologies Demonstrated written and verbal interpersonal communication skills Consultative skills to work closely with hiring managers at all levels Ability to deliver results on multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Some travel may be required Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is $26.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience.
