Established Managed Services Provider headquartered in Deerfield Beach, FL. Founded in 2004, we began servicing businesses in the South Florida area but have since expanded our service to customers around the country.

What is the position?

In this position you will be providing support to our customers across a wide range of industries from government contractors to healthcare providers. Most of our customers leverage Microsoft’s products for productivity and infrastructure so experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the Azure platform are helpful! In this role you will work on issues ranging from assisting end users with troubleshooting minor issues on their workstations, to diagnosing server-based application problems. This role provides significant opportunities for growth and expanding your skill set.

Job Responsibilities:

What is the compensation?

The salary range in this position is $55,000 - $62,500 annually depending on experience. Our ideal candidate would have recent experience working in the Managed Services field and would have hands on knowledge with the technologies that are used by both ECW and our customers. Exceptional candidates without Managed Services experience will also be considered! A minimum of 3 years technical experience with level 2 proficiency is required.
