The Technical Support Analyst (TSA) is responsible for assisting customers, as well as, other EEC personnel, with technical issues and answering questions related to weather radar hardware or software. Duties include responding to customer requests for technical support and communicating with them by phone or through messaging platforms to diagnose and resolve technical issues. The TSA also engages and coordinates with other EEC Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to diagnose and resolve complex hardware or software issues that require in-depth expertise in one or more areas of technical specialization. The TSA is a technical professional who provides vital operational support to customers for EEC weather radars and serves as a key technical resource across multiple EEC functions including Engineering, Field Services, Production, Program Management, Quality, and Software Engineering.
