Overview
We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist for the FGFD Inside Support Team. Reporting to the FGFD Support Manager, the successful incumbent will provide technical knowledge, application advice, and support to sales representatives, customers, and channel partners. The support includes resolving requests regarding FGFD technical issues and maximizing the benefits derived from MSA products and services, interpreting engineering specifications and understanding field applications. Additionally, it requires ability to communicate these requests efficiently and effectively over the phone and through email.
