Job Description:

Northeast Sales Associates is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from customers
• Input data into our system and follow up on issues or requests that may arise
• Answer email requests timely and accurately
• Take the appropriate action to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Work with other team members to ensure that all calls are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Must be authorized to work in Rochester, NY without sponsorship or approval.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
