The Information Technology Specialist (ITS) provides broad scope technical support to staff of the Iowa Poison Control Center (IPCC) to optimize operational efficiency. Serves as a liaison between the UnityPoint Health IT department and IPCC to meet the organizational needs. Will be integral in all IT systems operations, updates, new products, staff education, and roll-out. May also participate in regularly scheduled or limited scope projects as assigned.
