As a Technical Support Specialist within our data center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous technical support to customers utilizing our services while resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Proactively monitor data center infrastructure to identify potential issues and minimize downtime for our clients.
• Collaborate with others at the company to improve the customer experience and overall efficiency of our data center operations.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Thorough knowledge of Linux with focus on Redhat/CentOS & Debian distributions.
• Solid understanding of IP Networking, microwave technologies (Ubiquiti, Aviat, Siklu, etc), and storage solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , etc.) are a plus.
