MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1 year of experience with an IT department or a related technical support role.
Experience troubleshooting or in-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems and their functionalities
Experience using a helpdesk ticketing system in an educational setting.
This is a full-time UUP position.
