What You’ll Do
-
Provide support for helpdesk tickets and related issues to both internal and external users of technology, enters all problems and updates into the ticketing system, and uses extensive troubleshooting techniques to resolve as many issues as possible before escalating

Works collaboratively with team members within the Help Desk, IT, and other departments to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner

Actively listens to customers to provide exceptional customer service and support

Manages time appropriately when dealing with and solving technical support issues

Installation and Problem Resolution

Identifies, researches, and resolves a wide variety of technical issues logged by users in KC and DC offices as well as remote users, including audiovisual

Takes ownership of problems and work through complete and effective resolutions

Provides end-user support for all computers and peripherals, including printers, monitors, etc.

Configures hardware/software, including desktop computers, laptops, and desk phones for new users, and work with supplier or vendor when servicing required
Required Experience:
What You’ll Bring to CHA

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Computer Science preferred

Minimum of 3 years experience in desktop solutions
-
Strong technical skills around Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) as well as the ability to deploy laptop/desktop computers and distribute software and manage devices within the tool

Experience with:
- Azure Active Directory & On-prem

O365 with a strong background in Teams

ServiceNow

Zoom

A curious individual with the ability to learn new technology quickly

Strong organizational skills; attention to details

Ability to work independently within a team environment

Must be able to rotate the on-call schedule
