Position Summary

This is a Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF) LNO position at the TPO-C, National Simulation Center, Fort Cavazos, TX in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking the best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is late April 2024.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the liaison between CTSF and the NSC at Fort Leavenworth, KS
• Receive MCIS SW changes, coordinate changes, and ship MCIS SW changes (within 2 days of being shipping-ready) to the NSC up to 15 times per year
• Provide up to 65 annual Unit Task Order and Lightweight Directory Integrated Format requests to the NSC repository.
• Coordinates up to 6 NSC visits to the CTSF annually and follows up with a summary trip report within 2 days following each visit
• Provide up to 12 Unit Set Fielding Status Updates electronically to the Government MCIS Lead within 1 day of availability at the CTSF
• Provide a weekly report of the prior week’s MCIS development activities regarding impacts on simulations and the user
• Provide a quarterly MCIS CTSF Tactical Operations Center report discussing broader MCIS initiatives being worked that impact simulation integration
• One week a year travels to the NSC and serves as an MCIS SME on data collection, cell lead, and advisement, and follows up with a trip report within 5 days of trip completion
• Research, compile, and write up to 30 test cases concerning MCIS and simulation sim-stim considerations
• Serve as the on-site SME at the CTSF for answering NSC Requests For Information regarding MCIS functional and technical questions as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (associated discipline), Graduate of CGSC or ILE (MEL 4), Senior NCOES or equivalent, Senior Service College or equivalent military schooling / 10 yrs. related experience in instructional development. / 3 yrs. experience on a U.S. Military staff (Battalion or higher)
• At least 5 years of experience with simulation, stimulation, and MCIS usage for Army and Joint training
• At least 5 years of experience providing MCIS functional and technical SME support to answer RFIs
• Knowledge of the requirements for shipping and receiving SW
• Experience scheduling, coordinating, and escorting individuals for site visits
• Experience and knowledge required to write test cases for simulation, stimulation, and MCIS events and subjects
• United States Citizen
• Active SECRET Security Clearance
