IMMEDIATE Direct Hire Technical Services Analyst needed for a well known manufacturing company specializing in consumer goods for heating, cooling, and refrigeration products both on the residential and commercial side.
The Technical Services Analyst is a manufacturing, plant floor position within Information Technology. The position will provide advanced support for desktop/laptop computers and peripherals, which includes installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrades to all hardware, software, and peripheral equipment related to plant operations, while ensuring optimal performance. This position will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting network connectivity and reliability issues related to the plant floor. In addition, support of manufacturing projects is required and will involve identification of Ethernet drops, IP addressing, monitor setup, and assistance with Quality/ Engineering software applications. The position will spend 75%-80% of their time on the plant floor, and 20% resolving typical PC/software/wireless issues.
The selected applicant MUST have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, related field, at least 3 year's of experience in a field service technical position, and strong hardware support expertise.
