Description:

This is a 6-9 month contract

Responsibilities:

• Review and annotate specifications for new, existing, and historic finished products and formulas.

• Review and annotate internal and external raw material specifications, analytical data, and COA requirements.

• Lead the discovery and repair of non-conforming PLM data.

• Enter missing data in PLM system.

• Prepare mass data loads and file type modifications.

• Support the development of data linkages from PLM system to other data systems.

• Provide appropriate specification reports to Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Marketing as needed.

• Other duties and projects as assigned.

• Will need to travel as requested, less than 10%.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree - Food Science and related fields preferred.

• Having experience with Tracegains or Aptean is a HUGE plus!

• Experience with ERP, PLM, SaaS, and/or supplier document systems preferred.

• High functioning skills in spreadsheet, word processing, and email applications.

• Excellent understanding of data structure and change management.

• Demonstrated project management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities adapt to change and learn new things quickly.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills.

• Ability to work effectively cross functionally with Marketing, QA, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and other functions.

• Experience in quality assurance/quality control is a plus.

• Ability to manage workload efficiently and independently.
