Business Analyst - Eligibility and Capitation
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Business Analyst - Eligibility and Capitation to fill an opening with a Fortune 500 company in Oxnard, CA.
Daily Responsibilities for Business Analyst - Eligibility and Capitation:- Ensure patient eligibility integrity and accurate revenue results for two client IPAs
- Prepare, analyze and monitor eligibility reconciliations to ensure that all exceptions and rejected data have been researched and updated.
- Compiles and analyzes monthly enrollment data to provide accurate enrollment schedules to various departments including Financial Analysis, Accounting, Provider Contracting, etc.
- Shift: 8am to 5pm with some overtime; It is located in Oxnard CA and some onsite work is required but can be hybrid 3 days per week after training period
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Information Management
- 2 years' experience in eligibility and capitation management
- Knowledgeable of accounting/revenue functions
Preferred Qualifications for Business Analyst - Eligibility and Capitation:- Knowledge of eligibility/insurance verification and managed care administration
- MS SQL
- 3 years Supervisory experience

Pay Details: $48 - $50 an hour
