Technical Support Manager manages technical service-related operations for an organization. The Technical Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Technical Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Navy and Marine Corps Mission Assurance (MA) Program and FRCS Program requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services to develop and conduct comprehensive assessments of an Installation and/or Facility critical infrastructure, utility infrastructure, and operational utility technology, which includes FRCS as it relates to the warfighter’s risk. These assessments create visibility for Commanders at all levels and provide the ability to understand where there are risks to a warfighter’s missions and the supporting mission-critical facility/infrastructure, utility system, and FRCS. What You'll Be Doing: Work with Program manager to assist in all matters relating to contract and task orders. Assist in maintaining a fully staffed and equipped work force. Assist in ensuring adequate internal controls and review procedures which shall eliminate conflicts, errors, and omissions, as well as ensuring the technical accuracy and timeliness of all work required under each task order. What Required Skills You'll Bring: BA Degree with 10 Years of experience in management 2 Years experience in management of team that conducts mission assurance inspections, and/or risk mitigation of military installations/missions. Must be able to travel up to 20% Must have a Valid US Passport Must have Top Secret Clearance What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Ability to manage team that conduct assessments in various military installations.
