    • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical background in both Windows and Unix environments, allowing you to understand and assist with complex technical issues.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technical support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.
    • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure optimal workflow within the technical support team.
    • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on project progress, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in technical support processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Customer Training: Develop and deliver customer training programs to enhance their technical proficiency and reduce support requests.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical support procedures and solutions.
     
    Qualifications:
     
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience as a Technical Support Project Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
    • Exceptional customer-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Proficiency in Windows and Unix environments, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
    • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
