Technical Support Manager manages technical service-related operations for an organization. Establishes metrics used to evaluate training effectiveness and analyzes outcomes to determine ROI and recommend changes of courses to OIC, DOIC, and COR.     • Shall possess a Master’s Degree in Education or other closely-related field.
